The E4Y 10-Day Challenge will change the way you think about food
Thank you for visiting the Eat for Years website and for your interest in the Eat for Years 10-Day Challenge!
I created this challenge for my family in 2015 to urge us to pay more attention to what’s in our food, to inspire us to cook with new foods and flavors, and to encourage us to eat a wider variety of unprocessed plant foods.
We can't control everything in our lives, but we can control what we eat, and we can choose to make time to eat nutritious foods that taste good, are good for us, and are good for our planet.

What people say about The E4Y Challenge
"I will no longer eat processed foods from grocery stores without checking the ingredients. I used to only look at calories, but now I'm looking at sugar, too."
"By the third day, I felt less bloated. I also noticed that I had more energy, enough to sustain me for long periods between meals, whereas I usually find that I am hungry a couple of hours after a meal."
"For one thing, I don't put sugar in my coffee anymore... By the end, I felt that I had really accomplished something great and had a common bond with the other 'survivors.'"

What is a "Healthy" Diet?
A “healthy” diet is one that is full of real, wholesome foods—mostly plants. Plants are jam-packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and powerful substances that protect us from chronic disease.
People who eat a wider variety of fruits, vegetables and other plant foods live longer and better lives. Period.
