Cooking at home gives us more control over what we’re eating and allows us to include a variety of wholesome foods, but meal planning can feel like a full time job, especially when you have to avoid certain foods for your gastrointestinal health.
That’s why I’m inviting you to send me your favorite gut-friendly recipes so that I can share them on my blog and all of us can expand our easy go-to recipe options. Since “Gut friendly” will mean a little something different for everyone, each published recipe will include gut-specific labels, such as “low FODMAP,” “low roughage,” “paleo,” “SCD,” and more.
